At over 100 pages, ‘Baking for Bacon’ is packed full of recipes from award-winning restaurants and cafés in Norfolk and Suffolk, as well as amateur bakers, including students at Norwich School and those involved with the Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity.
The production of the book was made possible in part thanks to the incredible support of three local businesses – Dardan Security, Loveday & Partners and The Last Wine Bar – who between them fully sponsored the production costs. This means the full selling price is donated to the Charity.
